This Foil Screened Low Smoke Halogen Free (LSHF) Data Cable is designed for high-performance data transmission while ensuring maximum safety and environmental compliance. It is a direct LSHF alternative to Belden 5304FE, offering excellent reliability and durability in a range of industrial and commercial applications.

The conductor material is bare copper, 18(7) AWG, ensuring excellent electrical conductivity. The pair insulation material is made of polypropylene (PP), known for its durability and excellent insulating properties. This cable features 6 cores, each identified by black, red, white, green, brown, and blue for clear identification. The cable is foil screened with 100% coverage of aluminium foil to shield against electromagnetic interference (EMI). The drain wire is tinned copper, 24(7) AWG, for easy grounding. The cable’s sheath material is Low Smoke Halogen Free (LSHF), which limits the release of toxic gases and smoke in the event of a fire. The sheath colour is blue, providing a smooth, durable outer layer that is easy to handle.

The nominal conductor resistance at 20°C is < 24 Ω/km, ensuring efficient power and data transmission.
