This LSHF alarm cable is specifically designed for interconnecting sensors, detectors, and control panels in security and alarm system installations. Widely used throughout the security industry, it provides a reliable solution for low-voltage signal and control circuits in commercial, public, and residential environments.
Constructed with stranded 7/0.2mm tinned copper conductors, the cable offers excellent flexibility and ease of installation. Each conductor is insulated with Low Smoke Halogen Free (LSHF) material and identified by a distinct core colour, simplifying termination and reducing installation time.
The white LSHF outer sheath provides enhanced fire safety performance by reducing smoke generation and the emission of corrosive halogen gases in the event of fire. With an operating temperature range of -30°C to +90°C, the cable is suitable for a wide range of indoor installation environments.
Compliant with BS EN 60332-1-2, BS EN 61034-2, BS EN 60754-1 & 2, RoHS requirements, and CPR regulations, this cable achieves a B2ca-s1a,d0,a1 classification, making it suitable for installations where both safety and reliable performance are essential.
