The FS Cables Apprenticeship Programme is a Government backed initiative offering work based training to young people.
As well as studying for an NVQ, each apprentice spends time learning ‘hands-on’ in each area of the company before returning to their job full time. This allows them to experience all aspects of our operations first hand and enables them to provide first class customer service.
We currently have 5 apprentices on the programme in a number of departments including sales, export, marketing and purchasing, as well as a further 7 apprentices having completed their training and working full time.
