Following the success of the FS Cables Apprenticeship programme, we're pleased to announce a further two members of staff have joined the team.
The FS Cables apprenticeship scheme offers school and college leavers the opportunity to learn key skills in an office or warehouse environment as well as receive a recognised NVQ qualification. We've also extended it to include people that have some work experience but want to start a career with the appropriate support and training a proper apprenticeship can offer.
In addition to the two currently studying, a further four have completed the programme and are working in roles across sales, purchasing, marketing and export. A number of other staff are also working to complete NVQ level 3 in business and administration.
Congratulations to Hal Maher and David Tarver who completed their apprenticeships and received their awards earlier this year.
